The client had never had a website before, with all sales happening through social media. When Saga Professional came to us, they had a loyal audience and strong product line — but no digital infrastructure.
Orders were processed manually via DMs, with managers answering dozens of messages every day. There were no filters, no catalog logic, and no automation. The team needed a store that could take the pressure off support, streamline operations, and support growth.
We built a visual-first shopping experience that reflects the beauty niche.
The interface is bold and stylish, with a focus on collections and product visuals. Customers can filter by shade, effect, collection, or series — making it easy to browse and buy. The entire UX was built with mobile users in mind, especially those used to shopping via Instagram.
The site was built on a flexible CMS with custom logic to speed up delivery and reduce cost.
We used a modern CMS to save time and budget, tailoring it to the specifics of nail product sales. Product variations (like the same color in different volumes or collections), filters, and category structure were all adapted to the brand’s needs.
The admin panel allows the client to easily manage the catalog, run promotions, and update content — without needing a developer.
Inventory integration keeps product availability accurate in real time.
We connected the store to Saga’s internal inventory system, so managers work with real-time stock data. Customers can only order what’s in stock, and orders are automatically synced for fulfillment. This helps reduce mistakes and saves hours of manual work.
Results
The new site removed bottlenecks in daily operations. Orders now come in automatically, customer experience has improved, and the brand has a reliable foundation for scaling — including analytics, SEO, and ad campaigns.
