When Dom Optiki approached us, they had a well-established retail network, but their digital presence wasn’t keeping up.
Their existing site lacked the flexibility, speed, and scalability they needed. It didn’t reflect the company’s growth, didn’t support real-time product availability, and made it difficult for users to navigate or place orders confidently. We started with a full redesign, aligning UI with trust, clarity, and conversion.
We created a clean, product-focused interface tailored for optical buyers. The site design supports quick decisions, detailed filtering (prescriptions, categories, availability), and works seamlessly across desktop and mobile. Every page was planned with usability in mind — from homepage to checkout.

The ecommerce system was developed from the ground up using Laravel. We implemented custom modules for inventory tracking, regional availability, multi-location stock visibility, and prescription-related product filters. The platform is flexible enough to handle both retail and internal workflows — all connected in real-time.

Thanks to full integration with Dom Optiki’s inventory system, customers can now see product availability across physical stores directly on the product page. This improves decision-making, reduces abandoned carts, and minimizes manual operations on the client’s side.
